Roles & Responsibilities
• Understand client brief, communication objectives and deliverables; and play a pivotal role in developing communication strategies aligned to the same.
• Basis the brief and communication objectives, play an essential role in data assimilation, gathering market intelligence and secondary market research - and translate the same into an effective brand and communication strategy.
• Facilitate ideation and lead brain-storming process with internal teams – based on structured process.
• Work closely in collaboration with Client Serving and Creative teams and oversee execution of campaigns.
• Assist in creating effective Client presentations.
• Manage and monitor timelines – based on committed delivery dates.
• Ensure quality of creative output is maintained in accordance with the set brief, communication objectives and brand aesthetics. • Assist in driving new business development pitches.
• Create structures and processes from time to time, to ensure smooth flow of work.
Desired Experience & Skills Sets
• Preferred candidates with experience working with Real Estate clients.
• Keen understanding of the real estate marketing, industry trends, consumer behaviour, etc.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
• Strong ability to ideate, facilitate brain-storming sessions and follow structured process to evolve communication strategy.
• Ability to work as a team player and collaborate with internal stakeholders – such as Client Servicing and Creative teams.
• Proficiency in developing strategy presentations, concept notes, campaign thoughts, internal briefs and strategy notes.
• Attention to detail and focus on quality of creative output.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
