Job Overview
We are hiring for the role of Store Assistant at Ananka Fasteners. As a Store Assistant, you will be responsible for inventory management, stock reports, vendor management, and maintaining records. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role. The job is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position.

- Experience in generating stock reports
- Proficiency in GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and related processes
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills

- Ability to work well in a team

- Manage and maintain inventory of fasteners and related products
- Prepare stock reports and conduct regular stock audits
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Receive and inspect goods, ensuring accuracy of quantities and quality
- Maintain records of inventory transactions
- Interact with vendors for timely procurement and build strong relationships
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
