Job Overview

Ananka Fasteners is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective production of our high-quality fasteners. This is a mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of experience in production management. The role is located in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India, and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in production management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of production planning and operational excellence principles
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of quality assurance principles and practices
• Experience in budgeting and cost control
• Knowledge of fastener manufacturing processes and materials is highly desirable

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate production processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality fasteners
• Develop and implement production plans, including production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory management
• Optimize production efficiency and process effectiveness through continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production issues, ensure proper product quality assurance, and meet customer specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Monitor production performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Manage and develop a team of production staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback
• Contribute to the development and implementation of production budgets
