Responsibilities :

·                    Hands on exp on Immuno Assay & Chromatography (HPLC)

·                    To conduct training programmes on product requirements

·                    Induction training for sales personnel

·                     To provide product knowledge and selling skills to sales personnel

·                 To develop the confidence through technical training and trouble shooting guidelines to new recruitments

·                    To give technical guidelines for all Indian field force

·                     To give product refreshment documents for updating their efforts in market

·                    Attending customer complaints / trouble shooting

·                    Demonstration application of new products at customer site

·                    Analysis and preparation of products specifications

·                    Comparison of products with competitors

·                    Preparation & checking of promotional materials

·                    Handling customer complaints

·        Technical support `and services about product specifications to customers/ sales personnel. Via e-mail, telephone and onsite
