Job Description:

1. Conduct LC-MS/MS and HPLC kit application/ demonstration at the customer site.

2. Conduct Premier Hb9210 instrument application/ installation at the customer site.

3. Carry out demonstration/ installation of ELISA, IFA, RIA and BlueDiver instrument at customer site.

4. To prepare presentation and technical documents for the training and promotional purpose

5. Conduct training to customer, new recruitment and to sales team on analyzers and product training.

6. To prepare technical comparison with the competitors.

7. Troubleshoot both reagents and instruments problems.

8. Continuous learning and upgrade on product knowledge and features.

9. To maintain all records related to complaints & technical documents etc.

10. To ensure timely follow up of customer complaints by telephonically online and onsite visits.

11. Follow up customer complaint with Principle Company when necessary.

12. Analysis and preparation of products specifications and presentations.
