Job description

We are looking for a dedicated PRO Assistant to support our HR department with various administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience who are eager to learn and grow in the HR field. Female candidates are preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare employee contracts and other documents in Arabic using different government portals.
  • Manage and monitor employee attendance records.
  • Maintain data management and filing systems.
  • Support day-to-day HR processes.
  • Assist with employee insurance handling.


Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken, understand) is essential.
  • Female candidates are preferred.
  • Immediate joining is mandatory.


Additional Requirements:

  • Candidates residing near Ernakulam are preferred.
  • Working days will align with the Middle East region's schedule.
  • Work training will be provided, with a commitment of 2 years.
