Qualification: MBA or Equivalent and B.Tech. OR B.E OR MCA OR M.Sc. (IT OR CS) OR MS in Software Sysytem.

Experience: • Minimum 10 years' experience as a Program Manager for IT Implementation Projects OR Software Development OR IT System projects. • E-Governance and related Projects implementation experience.

Role and responsibilities: • Responsible for communicating with any entity relating to the Project that the Authority so designated. • Identify Key Programs and key metrics against which the organization would like to drive actions and improve them. • Identify the skill sets and experience needed to manage & run the VSK smoothly. • Set up the relevant teams on the program, data and software side and create a project execution plan with them to enable timely actions. • Lead, coordinate and supervise the Project and ensure that the Project objectives are met. • Evaluate complex situations using multiple sources of information filters, validate and Interpret dynamic material.
