Job Description : We are looking for a driven and ambitious Package Consultant - Workday Talent & Performance to join our team. Candidate must be passionate about Workday HCM& Talent & Performance Module and have a track record of delivering successful Implementation/Support and Enhancement Requests. • Must be certified in Workday HCM and Workday Talent & Performance • Candidate should have a minimum 2 years of Workday Implementation and/or Support Experience • Hands-on experience of configuring the Workday HCM, Talent & Performance, Security and Reporting experience is REQUIRED. • Proven work experience on Implementation, Global Rollouts and Enhancement Requests • Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot complex Workday HCM & Talent & Performance issues. • Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful delivery of Workday HCM & Talent & Performance solutions. • In-depth knowledge of Workday security framework and Business processes Configuration. • Loading employee’s related data using EIB’s, Inbound and Outbound EIB Creation • Hands-on experience on custom report creations • Good to have hands-on experience on Absence & Leave Module • AnalyseWorkday release updates, impacts of feature changes in relation to existing configuration. • Ability to work independently and make decisions. • Excellent English Verbal, Written Communication Skills, and Presentation Skills Note:We are looking for 6B profiles who have good knowledge and hands-on experience in Workday Talent & Performance.
