Job Description – HR Executive
About the Company: Established in 1964, it’s a manufacturers and suppliers of mild steel drums and barrels. Types of drums it produces such as – Lightweight drums, Epoxy coated drums and Open mouth drums or as per customer demands used for storage and transportation requirements for items such as - petroleum products, lubricating oils, chemicals & pharmaceutical products.

Office Location: Nadarganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India
Overview of the role: The HR Executive is typically reporting to HR managers or senior HR professionals, HR Executives play a crucial role in ensuring the effective functioning of HR processes. Here is an overview of their key role and responsibilities:-
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
· Conduct job interviews, screen candidates, and manage the hiring process.
· Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
2. Performance Management:
· Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on performance reviews.
· Develop and oversee employee development plans and training programs.
· Manage disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary.
3. Benefits Administration:
· Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
· Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with enrollment and inquiries.
4. Payroll and Compensation:
· Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in compensation and benefits.
· Participate in salary surveys to determine competitive pay rates.
5. Talent Development:
· Identify opportunities for skill development and career growth for employees.
· Collaborate with managers to create training programs and succession plans.
6. Employee Engagement:
· Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
· Conduct surveys and gather feedback to enhance the workplace culture.
7. Communication and Documentation:
· Facilitating effective communication between management and employees.
· Creating and maintaining HR documentation, including employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
Qualification:
l Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
l Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing industry.
l Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations.
l Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
l Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
l Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
