Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Recruiter to join our team in Lucknow. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various roles. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with hiring managers and providing feedback to candidates.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other recruitment software
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in recruitment or related field
