Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our Business Development team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This position requires a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses succeed through effective recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and industry events.
Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound sales activities to engage with potential clients, present our services, and understand their recruitment needs.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with the team to create customized recruitment solutions and proposals that address client needs and objectives.
Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in HR consultancy, recruitment, or a related industry.
Skills
1 Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
