We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as Deputy Manager in Store and Warehouse operations within the Sheet Metal Manufacturing Industry. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth functioning of our store and warehouse activities, contributing significantly to our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials and products to maintain optimal inventory levels.

2. Warehouse Operations: Manage all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of materials ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

3. Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of storekeepers and warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and efficiency.

4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and other relevant documentation using appropriate software systems.

5. Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

6. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline warehouse and store operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to inventory management, storage, and distribution.

8. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, warehouse performance, and other key metrics to management, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
