About the Company: It's a metal recycling company & also offers aluminum alloy, zinc die-castings, and hot liquid metal products. It's a diversified business organisation with 10 plants undertake aluminium recycling operations, targeted towards the automotive manufacturing sector in India and overseas.

Job Band/ Designation : A/ Executive/ Sr Executive / Asst. Manager Department: Human Resource Reporting to : Lead HR

Qualification: Graduate/MBA Essential – MBA / Post graduate degree or diploma in Human Resource management (2 year's Full Time) from recognized Institute Desirable - Degree / Diploma /Certificate -in Training & Development , HRIS

Experience: 

Essential - Candidate should have 3+ years practical exposure to drive various HR drives like Manpower Planning & budget, Org Structure & JD, TA, Onboarding, PMS, T&D, Emp. Engagement, Shop floor Initiatives, Group HR Initiatives (Policy drive, GPTW, Talent Mgmt. etc.), HR Presentation, HRMS (Darwin Box , success factor, One HR or people soft etc.), Personal File Mgmt. etc. in a medium size organization. Desirable – Exposure in core HR function preferably in the Manufacturing sector with minimum 200 and above workforce.

 

Job Profile: The goal of the role is to implement human resources strategies, systems, and processes that help the organization meet its goals and objectives and facilitate growth and development. Major Job includes.

Manpower Planning & Budgeting

Create manpower plans and budgets in line with annual business plans. Finalizing the manpower budget in the beginning of the financial year 

Monitor adherence to planned budgets (Salary, T&D, Admin, etc.) 

Recruitment 

l Managing end to end recruitment process for all the requirements at the plant level

l Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers

l Responsible for Sourcing, Delivery, TAT, SLA, HR Operation

l Managing Induction, on boarding and joining formalities at plant level

l Reports , MIS, data diagnostics and Recruitment and skill dashboard

Formulation of Job Description

l Responsible for preparing Job description for all key positions at plant level

l Updating of Structures and Job Descriptions in the system as and when required

l Provide feedback about existing organization structure and changes that may be required as per the unit needs.

Talent Management 

l Implement Talent Management program as per organization framework

l To advise plant Leadership team in identifying Potential candidates for DAC [Talent Review Discussion]

l To ensure nominations for DAC & follow for report.

l To guide the new entrants of Talent Pool members to create their Individual Development Plan.

l To ensure MDPs of talent Pool members are reviewed & updated as per schedule.

l To promote Talent Movement (Inter/Intra Unit/Roles) 

Training & Development

l To Coordinate Training & Induction procedures as per requirement of the organization.

l Identify the training need for Blue Collars through gap analysis. Plan competency development program and co-ordinate with training agencies & internal trainers to impart various training.

l Prepare Training calendar &to maintain record as per the requirement of ISO/TS Standards.

l Facilitate training's like Quality Circle, ISO Awareness, communication skill, and power of positive, 5 S, Small Group Activities etc. to the Jr. & middle level employees.

HR Policies

l To ensure effective implementation of all HR policies and procedures at Unit level.

l To ensure implementation of the value and culture framework and adherence to policies

l Facilitate in communication and implementation of guidelines, policies, processes, interventions at the unit 

Performance Management System

l Responsible for completion of PMS process at the Unit level

l To work hand in gloves with managers for completion of Goal setting, Mid-Year Review & Annual Appraisals as per the   intent of the process.

l To drive capability building initiatives among Managers for performance differentiation, Feedback. Development Dialogue   etc.

l To convey the outcome of the process to all the stakeholders.

Employee Satisfaction survey

l Implement & Drive Employee Satisfaction survey ( GPTW) /Organizational Health/ Climate survey initiative for all level of employees viz Management cadre , Supervisory & workmen and initiate corrective actions in coordination with department in-charges

l Analyze survey result of employee Satisfaction survey and present to the unit management team.

l Drive action planning and ownership of action implementation.

l To drive all other relevant surveys and actions thereof.

HRIS (Darwin box)

l To ensure effective implementation of All Module of Darwin box.

l To ensure all employees (Staff as well as Workmen) are enrolled with Darwin box.

l To ensure all data pertaining to employees be updated from time to time in Darwin box.

Employees Engagement and Employee Relationship Building

l Ensure internal communication to employees on key HR/ ER initiatives at plant level.

l Plan & Implement various Employees Engagement activities like Town Halls, communication meet, Skip level meeting, Think Tank, Open door, Family Day, cake Day (Employee Birthday Celebration), suggestion scheme, Help Desk (Voice of Employee) solution within 24 hours etc. for all level of employees .

l Drive various generous of Employee Reward & Recognition scheme especially related to Blue color employees at unit level in coordination with department in-charges

l Management Information System (HRMIS )

Employees Communication 

Prepare internal communication to employees on key HR initiatives.

TPM/ WCM & Sustainability Initiatives Implementation:

l To ensure that TPM/WCM standards are rolled out at plant as per standard framework.

l To facilitate & implement operational efficiency drives at shop floor level.

Core Competencies:

l Good comprehension about HRMS – Operation of HR Automation like SAP HR/ success factor / Darwin box etc.

l Strong communication skills

l High attention to detail, clarity

l Candidate with strong exposure in screening, Stakeholder management skill, Excellent Communication Skills

l Good comprehension of sourcing through different channel like Portals, LinkedIn, Reference etc.

l Should be Proficient in MS office suite & Analytical skills

General: 

CTC – 3-7 Lakh approx.

Candidate should not be frequent job changer.

Candidate must be well versed with regional language along with Hindi Language
