1. Lead and manage a team to achieve performance targets

2. Guide, coach and mentor for professional development

3. Provide constructive feedback for improvement

4. Ensure effective communication with the team and other departments

5. Collaborate with management to implement and execute strategies

6. Forster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging team work and cooperation

7. Resolve conflicts with within team and address any issues affecting team performance

8. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals and updates

9. Monitor calls and train employees on process and product to improve quality score

10. Optimize team productivity and minimize attrition

QUALIFICATION:

• Any graduation

• with 4-8 years of Sales/customer service exposure

• Insurance industry is preferred, but not required.

• Good Communication

• Basic knowledge in MS Office.

Exp: Telesales lead with exp in Motor Insurance and Travel Insurance
