Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled US IT Recruiters who thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Successful candidates will have excellent communication and networking abilities, delivering results while prioritizing tasks efficiently. Long-term commitment is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for US clients.
• Collaborate closely with Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
• Contribute to strategic global hiring programs.
• Develop action plans for recruiting the best-fit talent.
• Source candidates using niche IT platforms.
• Conduct interviews, document assessments, and report as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments for organizational growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

3 years of relevant experience.

• In-depth knowledge of US hiring practices and laws.
• Experience in building IT talent pools.
• Comfortable working in EST and PST shifts.
• Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
• Knowledgeable about US work Visas (H1B, E3, TN).
• Familiarity with US Tax terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
• Strong understanding of technical requirements.
• Demonstrated sourcing skills and candidate assessment abilities.
• Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills.
• Analytical thinker, capable of recommending the right fit.
