Job Title: Specialist/Sr. Specialist - Talent Acquisition/ IT Recruiter/ Technical Recruiter (Domestic Market)
Experience: 2+ Relevant Experience In Core IT recruitment (Domestic/US/UK Any market experience is workable)
Location: Thane (west) Wagle Estate Work from office
Responsibilities:
Sourcing, Searching, Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, coordinate client interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position.
Actively using social media recruitment tools for sourcing active and passive candidates
Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with candidates
Handling the entire recruitment process from sourcing, scheduling interviews, client interview co-ordination, offer rollouts and follow-ups till the candidate is on boarded
Monitor the Post Recruitment activities like on boarding and Background Checks and ensuring the Candidates get them started on Client’s Project as set by Client.
Searching the right profile on job portals, sourcing through third party vendors, Screening resumes, talking to consultants/engineers and negotiating salary/contracting rates, posting jobs on job portals are some of the key functions
Negotiate the pay rates with the subcontracting companies and close the position.
Knowledge And
Skill Required:
Graduate/post-graduate IT Recruiter with 1-8 years’ experience
Good experience in Boolean, Xray search and sourcing candidates through Conventional & Non-Conventional Sources
Hands on experience of entire recruitment lifecycle
Good understanding of IT skills and technologies
Ability to work under pressure
Candidate who passed from convent schools will be preferred
Should be passionate towards work and making career in Recruitment.
Should be well versed with MS office software - Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
