Job Description: Internal Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal positions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in internal recruitment or a similar role.
  • Expertise in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Preferred:

  • Experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to attract top talent.
  • Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and selection.
