Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
  • Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails


Roles And Responsibilities

• Understanding the client requirement and Manage end to end recruitment accordingly.

• Sourcing of candidates through Database/ Job Portals/ Social Media.

• Headhunting for getting the correct candidate.

• Screening the candidates as per the JD.

• Following up with candidates for Interview.

• Regular check with the client for any new requirements.

• Database Management

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Office timing : 9:30 AM– 6:00 PM Mon-Sat
