Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled International BPO to join our team at Amosta Solutions Pvt. Ltd. As an International BPO, you will be responsible for handling international sales calls, conducting cold calling, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in international BPO or a similar role
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
• Ability to conduct cold calling and handle sales calls
• Customer-centric approach with excellent customer service skills
• Good knowledge of international sales processes and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
