Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential clients to present and market our recruitment services.
- Engage with clients by listening to their requirements and offering suitable service packages.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate information gathered during call interactions.
- Develop and foster positive relationships with clients to promote long-term loyalty.
- Address any questions or concerns clients may have and provide satisfactory solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly call targets and sales goals.
- Stay informed about the latest HR trends and service offerings to provide clients with relevant information.
- Report call outcomes and follow-up status to the team leader to ensure transparent communication.
