Roles and Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential clients to present and market our recruitment services.
  • Engage with clients by listening to their requirements and offering suitable service packages.
  • Maintain and update customer database with accurate information gathered during call interactions.
  • Develop and foster positive relationships with clients to promote long-term loyalty.
  • Address any questions or concerns clients may have and provide satisfactory solutions promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly call targets and sales goals.
  • Stay informed about the latest HR trends and service offerings to provide clients with relevant information.
  • Report call outcomes and follow-up status to the team leader to ensure transparent communication.
