We are supplying products all over the world and to the pharma, cosmetic, healthcare, supplement, and Ayurvedic industries. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Preparing Balance Sheets of multiple accounts, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable

Ø Preparing daily Bank Balances, Bank Account Reconciliations by pulling Bank Statements from online bank portals.

Ø Logging Debit and Credit Card entries

Ø Completing the accounting system transactions, financial statement inquiries, data uploads to accounting software and other support.

Ø Updating Financial documentation, and assisting in the review and distribution of monthly reports

Ø Preparing invoices, paying, and tracking them in the accounting system

Ø Responsible for GST, TDS

Ø Responsible for bookkeeping file & documents maintenance, maintenance of accounts, finalization of the book for audit

Ø Online E-way bill Generate.

Ø Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department

Ø Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary

Ø Delegate financial responsibilities to the accounting team

Ø Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist CFO with conducting audits

Ø Conduct regular ledger maintenance

OTHER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Ø Comfortable working in a highly visible role

Ø Good Communication Skills

Ø Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Ø Advanced knowledge of Excel & ERP Software (BUSY preferred)

Ø Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ø Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment

QUALIFICATION: CA

SALARY: According to experience and skills.

EXPERIENCE: 3 to 10 years

Preference will be given to Manufacturing & Trading industry experience
