What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies.
• Work with a team of developers with deep experience in machine learning, distributed microservices, distributed event streaming, and full-stack systems.
• Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, and mentoring other members of the engineering community.
• Collaborate with digital product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment.
• Work with cloud-native, build on Azure.

Basic Qualifications (Must Have):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Java design, Spring Framework development, and leadership.
• 7+ years hands-on experience in Java 8 or 11.
• Good hands-on experience in creating Java RESTful based microservices using Springboot from scratch.
• 3-5 years of experience in API Integration.
• 3-5 experience with Observability and Monitoring using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk etc, or any monitoring tool.
• 4+ years of experience with Azure Java SDK to interact with Azure services.
• 5+ years of experience in NoSQL database, cosmos DB(if applicable).
• 3-5 years hands on experience in Azure Service Bus (Queue), Azure functions, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Spring Cloud Kubernetes, Junit.
• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript / TypeScript, Angular.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree.

Other Requirements:

• Lead Developer in Financial Domain overseeing end-to-end SDLC.
• Leading a team of at least 6 developers: responsible for support, delegation, testing, & debugging issues.
• Expertise working with Java 8 & 11 as well as Angular.
• Experience with Azure, CI/CD, Kubernetes, & Docker.
• Experience working with MongoDB, Oracle, SQL.
• Willing and comfortable to work during US hours – CST/EST OR 2nd shift 3pm to 12am IST OR early morning shift 4am to 12pm IST.
• Should demonstrate strong client interfacing capabilities through emails and calls with clients in the US.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications would be an added advantage.
