Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Utility Service Maintenance professional for a mid-level position at our Ranipet facility. This is a full-time role that requires expertise in plant maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all utility services within our facility, addressing maintenance issues promptly, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

• Plant Maintenance (Mandatory skill)
• Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose issues efficiently and execute timely solutions.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision and accuracy in maintenance tasks and record-keeping.
• Time Management: Efficiently managing time to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication with team members and other departments to resolve issues.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of utility systems and maintenance techniques.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
• Construction Management: Understanding of basic construction management principles as they relate to maintenance activities.
• B Tech with experience in manufacturing Industry is Preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair utility services to ensure uninterrupted operation of the facility.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all utility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with external service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Assist in the planning and execution of utility service upgrades and improvements.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to schedule and carry out maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
