Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr Executive Customer Support to join our team in Chennai (Velachery). This is a full-time, mid-level position. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and contributing to our sales coordination efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong sales coordination skills (Mandatory skill).
- Candidate should be able to speak Hindi (Mandatory Skill)
- Excellent customer relationship management capabilities (Mandatory skill).
- SAP working experience will be an added advantage.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Experience in the textile manufacturing industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Capacity to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate sales efforts by liaising between the sales team and other departments.
- Understand the production process within the factory and communicate expected delivery times for materials to customers and sales teams.
- Maintain and enhance customer relationships by providing outstanding service and follow-up.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and liaise with relevant departments for quick resolutions.
- Manage and update customer master data within SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Follow up on all orders from initiation to completion, ensuring customers and sales teams are kept informed throughout the process.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasting to support business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all customer interactions.
- Provide accurate dispatch and delivery information to customers and the sales team to avoid delays or misunderstandings.
- Understand the production process within the factory and communicate expected delivery times for materials to customers and sales teams.
- Serve as the communication point for internal teams regarding processes and procedures
