Job Overview

The Quality Manager role at AMANN SEWING & EMBROIDERY THREADS PRIVATE LIMITED is a full-time, senior-level position located in Ranipet (Tamil Nadu). The ideal candidate should have 10 to 14 years of experience in quality management within the Textiles / Thread Industry. This role requires a strong focus on ensuring the quality of products and processes, and an unwavering commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in quality management within the textiles industry, with a focus on sewing and embroidery threads.
• Proficiency in Quality Assurance, Threads, and Textiles (Mandatory skill), demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and practices.
• In-depth understanding of process improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality of manufacturing operations.
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret quality data and drive decision-making based on actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, ensuring alignment with company goals and quality standards.
• Thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements pertinent to the Textile / Thread manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in risk management to anticipate potential quality issues and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality management system to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead quality assurance teams to achieve operational excellence in product quality and process reliability.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent defects and increase efficiency across manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and drive innovation in quality practices.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure production processes meet established quality standards.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions, ensuring sustainable improvements.
• Manage and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction and product integrity.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management, highlighting key areas of concern and improvement.
• Execute and control QA / QC procedures for raw materials and finished goods in compliance with standards.
•  Organize ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 system internal audit to assure management systems are effective continuously
• Liaise with Global Quality Director to implement best practices in Quality Lab.
