Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Executive -Industrial Engineer to join our team at AMANN SEWING & EMBROIDERY THREADS PRIVATE LIMITED. This is a full-time position located in Ranipet (Tamilnadu). The ideal candidate Should have 3 to 4 years of work experience in industrial engineering, focusing on improving production processes and efficiency within our textile manufacturing environment.

Required Skills

• Line Layout and thread consumption chart for lines based on scheduled plan.
• Department wise Manpower requirement rationalization based on target strength ratio. 
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing to streamline processes and eliminate waste, ensuring optimal productivity.
• Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies to identify and remove the causes of defects and errors.
• Experience in Production Planning to effectively manage production schedules and resources.
• Ability to implement Productivity Improvement strategies that increase the efficiency and output of manufacturing processes.
• Skills in Line Balancing to ensure efficient distribution of workloads across all production processes.
• Experience in optimizing Production Layouts to improve workflow and reduce production time.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes and workflows to recommend and implement improvements.
• Training program of new trainees
• Conduct data analysis to identify areas for process and productivity improvement.
• Develop and maintain quality control standards to ensure high-quality output.
• Support the production planning by developing schedules that optimize resource use and productivity.
• Work on productivity improvement that focus on reducing waste and increasing output.
• Implement line balancing to ensure workload is evenly distributed across all stages of production.
• Implementation of skill matrix and follow-ups
• Finishing capacity study and manpower allocation depending on style and priority of the order delivery.

Qualification

• Candidate with B - Tech Textiles is preferred.
• Experience in Thread Industry will be an added advantage
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience is preferred.
