Job Overview:

• We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Executive Electrical Services to join our team at our Ranipet location (Tamil Nadu). This is a full-time position that will involve overseeing facility management, equipment maintenance, and various electrical services tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in Machine Maintenance, with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
• Solid background in equipment maintenance to ensure smooth and continuous operation of machinery.
• Excellent team leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of technicians and maintenance staff.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities to quickly address and resolve technical issues that may arise.
• Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure longevity and efficient performance of equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Certified License Holder will be an added advantage.
• B Tech / Diploma in Electrical.
• Candidate with Textile Industry background will be added advantage.
• Candidate with SAP knowledge will be added advantage.
• PLC / SCADA knowledge will be added advantage.
• Knowledge in Solar, HVAC will be added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all electrical services and maintenance activities within the facility round the shifts.
• Ensure the proper functioning of all electrical equipment and machinery through regular maintenance checks.
• Lead and supervise a team of electrical technicians and maintenance staff.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment longevity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies related to electrical services.
• Respond to emergency breakdown situations promptly to minimize production loss.
• Preparation of shift reports / MIS.
• Ensure proper maintenance of Boiler, Compressor, ZLD Plant, and Process Machineries.
