Job Overview

We are seeking a Dye House Recipe Optimizer to join our team at AMANN SEWING & EMBROIDERY THREADS PRIVATE LIMITED. This is a full-time, mid-level position located at our headquarter in Ranipet, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a work experience ranging from 5 to 7 years. The role involves optimizing dye house recipes to ensure high-quality textiles and color consistency across our products.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education back ground in Textile Technology/ Chemistry / Chemical Engineering
• Laboratory skills (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in color management techniques (Mandatory skill)
• Comprehensive understanding of recipe testing and optimization
• Practical experience working in a dye house
• Ability to manage and adjust color shading as needed
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve dye recipes
• Excellent communication skills for collaborative work and reporting findings

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze recipe of every batches before production and give adjustment if necessary to ensure quality output.
• Assist to ensure dyehouse bulk production through effective management dyeing machine, man and coordination with dyehouse, dyehouse lab and QC lab.
• Analyze failed batches, liaise with lab and take corrective action immediately
• Check recipe in consultation with dye house officer/executive in order to improve bulk RFT and color quality.
• Liaise with Lab executive to improve RFT and color quality.
• Analyze lab to bulk reproducibility and work with Lab team to maximize sustainable lab to bulk reproducibility.
• Root Cause analysis of each WFT & High DE lots
• Provide man machines material & method wise weekly & monthly report on RFT & CQ
• Carry out effective action to improve relevant KPIs such as RFT, color quality, machine utilization and efficiency and production lead time.
• Take pass /fail decision of bulk dyed batches as per SOP.
• Monitor batch production on FIFO and urgency basis and take necessary action to get the batches completed accordingly to achieve target lead time.
