Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dye House Assistant Manager to join our team at our Ranipet, Tamil Nadu location. This is a full-time, mid-level position that involves overseeing dyeing processes, ensuring quality control, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of dyeing processes, color matching and Recipe Optimization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Dyeing Process Management
• Recipe Optimizer (Mandatory skill)
• Quality Control: Ensuring that all products meet quality standards and identifying areas for improvement.
• Inventory Management: Efficiently managing dye-house inventory to maintain optimal levels and reduce waste.
• Team Leadership: Supervising and leading dye house staff to achieve production goals.
• Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with team members, other departments, and management.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding and solving technical problems related to dyeing processes and machinery.
• B Tech Textile Technology / Chemical Engineering with experience in manufacturing Industry is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dye-house operations to ensure seamless and efficient workflow.
• Monitor dyeing processes and make adjustments to achieve desired color quality.
• Coordinate with quality control to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Optimize dye recipes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure consistency.
• Manage inventory levels, initiate purchase requisitions, and reduce surplus or waste.
• Train, mentor, and supervise dye-house staff to enhance performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of production goals and quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues within the dyeing processes and recommend solutions.
