Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Chartered Accountant to join our team in Ranipet. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our financial department by managing financial records and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• CA / ICWA with Minimum 2 - 3 years of Industrial work experience is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in financial reporting and taxation (Mandatory skill).
• Proven experience in audit management with a clear understanding of auditing processes and standards.
• Solid budgeting skills with the ability to create and manage financial plans effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance, ensuring all financial practices adhere to statutory regulations.
• Expertise in financial analysis to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
• Risk management capabilities to identify and mitigate financial risks effectively.
• Strong team leadership skills to guide and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other departments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
