Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Assistant Manager Finance to join our team at Ranipet (Tamil Nadu) . This is a full-time role requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis, budgeting, and costing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting, with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong expertise in costing (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in various aspects of financial management including accounting, risk management, and compliance with Goods And Services Tax (GST) regulations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Exceptional ability to identify, analyze, and communicate financial insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate financial information clearly.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Working knowledge of financial tools and software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of taxation principles and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• SAP working knowledge will be added advantage
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial documentation and reporting

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance department.
• Conduct financial analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
• Handle budget preparation, forecasting, and monitoring activities.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards, including GST.
• Engage in costing activities, providing precise cost calculations and analyses.
• Monitor and manage financial risks and implement risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with various departments to pinpoint financial performance metrics and develop improvement plans as needed.
• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and accessible.
• Supervise the maintenance of accounting records and ensure integrity and accuracy.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion
