Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Steward Captain for our Italian Fine Dine Restaurant located in Bandra. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong team coordination skills and extensive knowledge of food and beverages, along with a passion for exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff members on food and beverage service techniques
• Interact with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience and address any queries or concerns promptly
• Assist in menu planning and provide recommendations on wine pairing to enhance meal offerings
• Oversee table settings and ensure compliance with fine dining standards
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen staff for timely replenishments
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the dining area
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in accordance with company policies
