Qualifications and Skills

• Proven work experience of up to 6 years in an accounting role with a demonstrated focus on TDS, GST, and finalization of accounts.
• Proficiency in TALLY accounting software.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team within stringent deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with tax and financial regulations.
• Manage TDS and GST filings, payments, and returns.
• Oversee and finalize the preparation of annual accounts and financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with auditors during statutory and internal audits.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to assist in decision-making processes.
