Responsibilities

• Supporting Sales team by preparing quotations to customers within specific time

frame.

• Qualify and nurture leads generated through the system, give demos and handle client

negotiations, and nurture clients for repeated business.

• Contribute to Marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, etc.
• Identify new potential customers for the business development.
• Follow up regularly with all existing customers to generate more business.
• Scheduling face to face meetings between sales team and customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Logistics or Engineering

plus 5 years of experience as Sales Coordinator or customer service function. Should be

below 30 years of age.

Skills / Requirements:

• Thorough with Ocean Exports and Imports procedure. Knowledge of airfreight will be

an added advantage.

• Should have the ability to build excellent personal relationships with customers.
• Should have great initiative and is willing to learn and adapt.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The candidate should also have advanced skills with tools like Google Spreadsheet

and Microsoft Excel.

• Sound knowledge of Supply Chain, International Shipping or Freight Forwarding
