Project Manager

Minimum experience of 12 years.

Qualification: BE Civil / B Tech

Responsibilities : 

 Preparation of contracts and negotiate with suppliers and contractors.

 Co-ordinate with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

 Develop and implement quality control programs

 Piling & open footing knowledge.

 Mix design

 B/w, plastering & finishing knowledge.

 Estimation & costing.

 Hire and supervise subcontractors and staff.

 Preparation and checking of BOQ

Skills:

 Working for a reputed builder in residential projects

 Should have start to end experience in the construction of building

 Should have stability and not change jobs frequently.

 Knowledge and execution of Formwork, Shuttering, Mivan

 Good Communication skills. Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi.

 Soft spoken and polite.

 Past experience of hospitality industry / real estate industry..
