1 Preparing Quotation and handling customer enquiry
2 Pending Orders Tracker, Dispatch details tracker, Dispatch Planning, Courier Tracking – Inward and Outward
3 Responding and handling customer complaints
4 Order processing with accuracy and timeliness. Punching SO of new orders and making dispatch plan.
5 Timely follow up on offers sent, negotiations and closing.
6 Submitting daily sales and monthly sales report to management.
7 Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause ofthe problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
8 Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Reporting Relationships
9 Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
10 Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process & Identify and assess customers’needs to achieve satisfaction.
11 Manage large amounts of incoming calls, Outgoing calls & Generate sales leads
12 Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
13 Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
14 Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction 15 Outstanding Payment Follow-up, Quotation Follow-up & Lead Generation.
