Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior HR Recruiter to join our team at Altuspro Staffing & Educom Pvt Ltd. The role requires 1 to 3 years of work experience and will be based in Mulund. This is a full-time position with options for remote or hybrid work arrangements. The right candidate will have experience in recruitment, interviewing, and sourcing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in recruitment (Mandatory skill)
• Proficient in conducting and managing interviews (Mandatory skill)
• Skilled in sourcing candidates through various channels (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in candidate screening processes
• Ability to perform effective talent acquisition
• Strong networking skills to identify and attract potential candidates
• Understanding of human resources principles
• Excellent communication skills for candidate interactions

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify staffing requirements and collaborate with department managers
• Source candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads
• Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics
• Provide updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining professionalism and clarity
