Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees by acting as their primary contact
and addressing their needs.
• Maintain accurate onboarding documentation and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Manage multiple tasks, adjust to changing priorities, and collaborate with HR, hiring managers,
and stakeholders.
• Work with recruiters to schedule start dates, prepare for new hires, and oversee paperwork,
background checks, and screenings.
• Conduct orientation sessions on company culture, policies, and procedures; organize training
sessions and resources.
• Prepare onboarding materials, distribute handbooks and benefits information, and maintain
accurate records.
• Help new hires integrate into the company, provide guidance, and gather feedback to improve
the onboarding process.
• Implement enhancements based on feedback and stay updated on industry best practices.
