• Hands-on experience with onboarding processes and documentation.
• Knowledge of performance management systems.
• Experience in training and development programs.
• Ability to effectively utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with company standards.
• Monitor performance appraisals and manage performance review systems.
• Organize and execute training and development programs.
• Maintain HRIS and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
