Front Desk Executive - Female for spa

Job Functions:

• Greet every guest and Associate with eye contact and a sincere, friendly smile
• Knowledgeable of all Spa Front Desk positions (Concierge and Reception) in order to facilitate cohesive and thorough training of all new hires
• Review daily appointments, prioritizing guest service and a fair distribution of appointments among service providers; notify all therapists without appointments of on-call status
• Oversee Concierge and Reception staff; responsible for creating weekly staff schedules and annual reviews
• Handle all cash and credit transactions to ensure proper payment is received for each treatment
• Accurately book Spa treatments, including confirming all information with guests and reminding them of the cancellation policy prior to closing the interaction
• Possess excellent working knowledge of all Spa treatments and can accurately answer guest inquiries regarding treatments
