- *Client handling and management.
- *Understanding of various procedures and treatments.
- *Sales Management – sell products, services, memberships
- *Supervise staff for service quality.
- *Schedule guest appointments.
- *Develop or implement marketing strategies. *
- Maintain client databases.
- *Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- *Schedule staff or supervise scheduling.
- *Inventory products and order new supplies
- *Accounting duties – recording daily Cash flow, preparing bank deposits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
