Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, forging strong relationships with clients, and developing effective strategies to achieve sales targets. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and promoting our staffing and overseas study programs.


Qualifications and Skills


  • BE/ Diploma Male candidate with sales/marketing experience in the electrical industry
  • Command over written & spoken English, able to negotiate well Ability to work in a team
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Electrical products
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies.



Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by actively prospecting and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Understand client needs and objectives and provide tailored staffing and overseas study solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the staffing and overseas education sectors.
  • Develop strategic plans and sales strategies to achieve targets and expand client base.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, sales presentations, contract negotiations, and closing sales.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless execution of staffing and overseas study programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
