Spare & CRM Coordinator
Responsible for handling spare parts & service CRM for Altendorf India including spare part procurement, keeping records of spare parts inventory, tracking of work orders and handling service requests.
Key Responsibilities
Spare Parts Management:
- Manage inventory of spare parts and place orders to factories.
- Keep track of stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.
- Coordinate with external suppliers for timely procurement and cost-effective purchasing.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Create a positive environment so as to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers.
- Coordination with service engineers for service ticket closures in timely manner.
- Monitor service quality and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Maintenance of Reports:
- Maintain records of service appointments, inventory etc.
- Prepare inventory status reports and service quality reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2-3 years' working with a Spare Parts /CRM.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi apart from local language.
- Diploma or technical graduate degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP & CRM apart from MS Office applications.
