Job Title: HR Executive
Reports to: Senior Management
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
2. Employee Records and Payroll
- Maintain accurate employee records and regularly update HR systems.
- Assist in managing payroll, attendance, and leave records.
- Track and maintain travel expenses of employees.
- Assist with flight ticket bookings for employees, if needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and team-building activities to enhance workplace culture.
3. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve issues effectively.
- Foster a positive work environment through engagement activities.
- Address workplace conflicts and offer resolutions in line with company policy.
4. Policy Implementation
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines and compliance with local labor laws.
- Effectively communicate policy updates to employees.
5. Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management, such as turnover rates, hiring status, and payroll summaries.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in HR or a related administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
