The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, facilitating communication, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely payment processing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team for administrative support.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update sales records and databases with accurate and current information.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and follow up on sales documentation.
  • Track and manage the payment process, ensuring timely collection of payments and resolving any related issues.
  • Liaise with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus point.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
