We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Export Manager to join our team at Alpino Health Foods. The Export Manager will be responsible for driving the company's international growth strategy, expanding market reach, and maximizing export sales of our health and wellness products.


Responsibilities:

● Conduct thorough market research to identify potential export markets and assess market trends, competition, and consumer preferences.

● Develop and implement effective export strategies to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other key stakeholders to drive sales and distribution channels.

● Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of sale with overseas clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.

● Coordinate export logistics, including transportation, shipping, and delivery arrangements, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.

● Ensure compliance with export laws, regulations, and customs requirements, including handling export documentation, permits, licenses, and certificates.

● Monitor and analyze export sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

● Provide support and training to internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to enhance export capabilities and effectiveness.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product offerings, packaging designs, and marketing strategies tailored to international markets.

● Represent Alpino Health Foods at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote our products and brand presence globally.



Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

● Proven track record of successful export sales and business development in the health and wellness industry.

● Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs procedures.

● Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

● Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and export management software.
