Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven E-Commerce Advertising Manager to oversee and execute paid digital marketing campaigns for our online retail platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online advertising, performance marketing, and driving measurable results for e-commerce businesses.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce advertising strategies to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, FK minutes and other relevant digital channels.
  • Continuously optimize ad campaigns based on performance metrics to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage the advertising budget effectively to maximize ROI across all campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on spend, performance, and trends, adjusting budgets as needed to meet targets.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze campaign data, user behavior, and sales trends to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
  • Generate and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including ROI, cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and sales conversion rates.
  • Use insights to refine campaigns, create A/B tests, and report on results.
  • Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies for different e-commerce product categories.
  • Utilize retargeting, lookalike audiences, and dynamic product ads to drive conversion and customer engagement.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Work closely with the creative, design, and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging tailored to specific target audiences.
  • Coordinate with the product and sales teams to align advertising efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Market Research & Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay up-to-date on digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices, especially within e-commerce.
  • Monitor competitors' advertising strategies and adjust campaigns as necessary to remain competitive in the market.
  • Technology & Tools:
  • Leverage advertising and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Amazon Advertising Console, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Stay current on new advertising tools and technologies to improve ad campaign performance.
