Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to oversee and manage the sales officers, distributors, and merchandisers across PAN India. This role involves strategic leadership, relationship management, and expansion of our market presence. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, managing channel partners, and ensuring smooth operations and coordination across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth across PAN India.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to align business goals and objectives.
- Set and monitor sales targets for sales officers, distributors, and merchandisers.
- Channel Management:
- Oversee the performance of sales officers, distributors, and merchandisers.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure alignment with company policies and sales strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with distributors, vendors, and key stakeholders to enhance business collaboration.
- Ensure smooth coordination and execution of sales campaigns and promotions across different regions.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a nationwide team of sales officers, distributors, and merchandisers.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment through clear communication and team-building initiatives.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market data to enhance product positioning and sales strategies.
- Monitor competitors and market conditions to identify areas for competitive advantage.
- Sales Reporting & Metrics:
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, regional growth, and market trends.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales officers, distributors, and merchandisers.
- Analyze sales data to identify potential areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Merchandising & Visibility:
- Ensure that merchandising strategies are implemented effectively to enhance brand visibility and product availability.
- Collaborate with merchandisers to optimize shelf placement and in-store promotions.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the customer support team to manage post-sales processes.
- Compliance & Process Management:
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Oversee and maintain the smooth implementation of sales processes and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to pricing, promotional offers, and distribution strategies.
