Fresher with less than 1 year of experience needed for the role of Call Quality Analyst at Alphawizz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. This is a Full-Time position with opportunities to enhance listening, quality assurance, IT sales, surveillance, and monitoring skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Listening skills to understand and analyze call interactions

• Monitor and evaluate customer calls to ensure quality standards are met
• Provide feedback and coaching to Manager for performance improvement
• Analyze call data to identify trends and recommend process enhancements
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high-quality call services
• Conduct regular audits to assess call quality metrics
