1.     Role of a counsellor involves meeting patients

·      Meeting patient within 24 hours of receiving request to contact

·      Sharing the essence of the Patient Support Program

·      Sharing essential information about the disease, broad treatment guidelines and lifestyle modifications

·      Carefully listening to the concerns and difficulties faced by the patient

·      Timely follow-up with patients to assess patient progress towards therapeutic outcomes and also to ensure that the rapport and timely communication to the respective doctor.

·      Taking doctor and patient consent, and proper maintenance of consent forms.

2. Value Addition to Doctors

·      Customizing the patient compliance program to the needs of individual doctors and ensuring timely and high-quality patient servicing, care and counseling.

·      Sharing patient progress with doctors.

Qualification - B Pharmacy & M Pharmacy (2018,2019, 2020,2021) Complete degree Certificate Is Mandatory

• B.Sc & M.Sc in Biology (2018,2019,2020,2021) Complete degree Certificate Is Mandatory
• Working Hours and Days - Mon - Sat ( Sun Fixed Off) , 09:30am - 7:30pm
• Need to Visit 2-4 Patient House in daily Basis ( 1 hr Anytime)
• Candidates will have to Speak in Hindi Language in Fluently

Two wheeler Bike is mandatory and Hence Valid Driving License

Fresher - 15k in hand stipend

experience - 20-22k in hand Salary

Travelling allowance - 250 Rupees per day

Monthly Travel Allowance - 6500 Rupees per month
